Steven Nikolov is the founding attorney of the law firm. Mr. Nikolov offers compassionate, personalized service to those who wish to live and work legally in the United States. Mr. Nikolov is a dedicated immigration attorney who works closely with clients to navigate the complex and involved US immigration laws.  He is sensitive to the unique and often delicate circumstances of every case, and works diligently to provide premium service that is tailored to meet each client’s personal needs. Attorney Nikolov understands the profound effect his work has on the lives of individuals and their families and acts with integrity and professionalism.

At Bretz & Coven, LLP in New York, Mr. Nikolov had the opportunity to engage in extensive legal research and writing. While there, he prepared motions to reopen, remand, and reconsider; drafted requests for cancellation of removal and other forms of discretionary relief; wrote mandamus petitions; and prepared adjustment of status and asylum applications.

At Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP in Boston, Mr. Nikolov gained solid exposure to the intricacies of employment-based immigration. While there, he prepared employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions and applications for specialty workers (H-1B) and intra-company transferees (L-1).

Mr. Nikolov is fluent in Bulgarian and Spanish, and proficient in French.
